What we look for

At Gilbert + Tobin, we look for a diverse mix of people who bring with them a broad range of skills, abilities and interests as well as outstanding legal talent. When recruiting experienced lawyers, we look for:

  • a minimum of two to three years’ experience in your area of specialisation
  • a client-focused, commercial approach to practise
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.
